Programme Design and Overview This is the qualification required for managers of adult residential and domiciliary services or children's homes. Indicative Content To achieve the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management), learners must achieve a minimum of 90 credits.
