This apprenticeship is aimed at HR professionals who are responsible for
developing and achieving organisational HR outcomes aligned to their
organisational strategy. The qualification will provide successful learners with
enhanced knowledge and understanding of the management of Human Resources,
offering opportunities to progress further in their careers.
The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is delivered online
via MS Teams on a modular basis over the duration of the apprenticeship. Each
module is delivered using a range of techniques including; lectures, case
studies, discussions, guest speakers and organisational visits and
self-study.
Work based learning is also required to provide you with opportunities to
stretch and develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours linked to the
apprenticeship standards. This could be achieved through formal training,
shadowing and mentoring and through the expansion of role responsibilities. All
learning must be recorded to demonstrate you are achieving at least 20% of your
working week to off the job learning, a requirement of the apprenticeship. This
will be discussed and agreed with you and your employer at the start of the
apprenticeship.
