If you are considering a career in childcare, or simply want to gain a better understanding of how to care for children and young people, the Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People is the ideal course for you.

The Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People topics will provide you with knowledge of child development, play, nutrition and safeguarding. You will develop practical skills and knowledge that will be essential in any childcare setting.

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent.
