This is a two-year full-time programme at Levels 4 and 5.
In year one you will complete a Higher National Certificate in Music
(Production) at Level 4.
On completion of your Higher National Certificate, you will complete a Higher
National Diploma in Music (Production) at Level 5.
The purpose of Higher National Certificate (Production) is to develop
students as professional, self-reflecting individuals able to meet the demands
of employers in the music industry and adapt to a constantly changing world.
The course is aimed at students wanting to continue their education through
applied learning. In addition to the knowledge, understanding and skills that
underpin the study of the music industry, the course gives students experience
of the breadth and depth of the sector that will prepare them for further study
or training.
Through practical classes, you will develop a wide range of techniques, and
other teaching methods include formal lectures, seminars, tutorials and
reflective practice.
