The Leader in Adult Care will guide and inspire their teams to make a
positive difference to someone’s life when they are facing physical, social,
practical, emotional, intellectual or psychological challenges.
They are the leader of the care team and will work to develop and implement a
values-based culture at a service or unit level, as well as being responsible
for business development, organisational resilience and managing risk.
A Leader in Adult Care is responsible for managing community or residential
based services, as well as ensuring that all service is safe, effective, caring
and responsive to the people’s needs.
