This qualification combines collation of practical work-based evidence with knowledge units. Your assessor will meet you in the workplace at mutually convenient times and dates. All learning will be conducted on a one-to-one basis.
Nature of Assessments on the Programme
Competency units will be assessed via the collation of a portfolio of
evidence to meet assessment criteria. Evidence could include reflective
accounts, professional discussions, witness testimonies, photographs, and work
product evidence such as minutes, reports, emails, and procedures.
Knowledge units are assessed via written assignments and professional
discussion.
Entry Requirements
English and Maths at Level 2 (Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE Grade C or
above / 4 or above).
Where the applicant does not meet the course entry requirements - Level 2 or
GCSE qualification at grade C/4 or above in maths and/or English, entry will be
considered on previous management and leadership qualifications.
You must be employed in a managerial role at the appropriate level to enable
you to provide evidence of competency in the units identified above.
Attendance Expectations
You will need to meet with your assessor approximately every 4-6 weeks. Meetings in the workplace are arranged at mutually convenient times and dates.
Additional Course Costs

stationery.
The following costs should be used as a guide only.
