Course Overview If you would like develop knowledge and understanding of planning and running an event or wish to pursue a career as an event planner, the Level 2 Certificate in Event Planning is the ideal course for you. You will explore the skills required to plan, organise and evaluate events by developing your knowledge and understanding in marketing methods and resources, market research, human resources, communication and customer service relevant to events.

Unit 5: Communication and customer service for events

Section 1: Understand the importance of communication at events

How you will be Assessed The course is delivered via distance learning, supported by a range of interactive online resources. Work is assessed by the tutor throughout the programme from induction to completion.
Entry Requirements There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent
