This highly supported course is for learners who want to further develop
their independence into adulthood. You will gain confidence, personal and social
skills, in addition to gaining skills and experience that could help you to
progress towards further study or supported employment.
You will be involved in active learning through a series of projects. The
projects will allow you to action plan and produce evidence for your portfolio.
Typical projects include working with external partners, employment tasters,
employability, equality and diversity and safeguarding. There are also many
practical activities to prepare for working life and independent living.
